    The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Notice, Disclaimer Notice, and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You”, and “Your” refer to you, the person accessing this website and accepting InnerLight Empire’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “InnerLight”, “Ourselves”, “We”, and “Us” refer to InnerLight. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us” refer to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of online purchases of our items in respect to the provision of the Company’s services/products, in accordance with and subject to the prevailing Malaysian Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.
  2. Account Login Information:
    Lost or forgotten passwords cannot be provided over the telephone. Requests for passwords will be emailed to the address used at the time of registration. Most information may be updated by logging into your account or changed at the time an order is placed.
  3. Disclaimer Exclusions and Limitations:
    The information on this website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, this Company:

    Payments on our website are managed by SenangPay, which accepts all major credit cards, eWallets, and online banking.
    All prices listed on the InnerLight site are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Shipping charges and sales tax will be added where applicable. Our standard payment terms require full payment upon order placement.

    When you visit the InnerLight website or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

    InnerLight trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not InnerLight, in any manner likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits InnerLight. All other trademarks not owned by InnerLight or its subsidiaries that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners.
  6. User Responsibility:
    Users of the InnerLight website (“the USER”) assume all responsibility for its use. The USER waives all claims against InnerLight, its officers, directors, employees, information suppliers, and programmers arising from the utilization of the InnerLight website.
  7. User Information Submissions:
    Any information submitted by the USER while using the InnerLight website becomes the property of InnerLight. By submitting information, the USER grants InnerLight the right to use that content in any way, including but not limited to marketing and purchasing InnerLight products and services.
  8. Applicable Law:
    The user agrees that any dispute or controversy regarding this Web Site User Agreement shall be governed, interpreted, and construed by Malaysian law. Any dispute shall be prosecuted exclusively in Malaysian courts.
  9. Risk of Loss:
    All items purchased from InnerLight are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
  10. Force Majeure:
    Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement due to an event beyond the control of such party, including but not limited to Acts of God, terrorism, war, political insurgence, civil unrest, or other natural or man-made events beyond our control. Affected parties must inform the other party and endeavor to comply with the terms of the Agreement.
  11. Notification of Changes:
    The Company reserves the right to change these terms from time to time as it sees fit. Continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustments. Changes to our privacy policy will be announced on our home page and key pages on our site.
  12. Delivery Time:
    Most consultation services will be completed within 2 to 4 weeks from the date the appointment is confirmed and full payment is received. For clients unable to visit the office, InnerLight offers remote consultations via Zoom.
  13. Cancellation and Return Policy for Events:
  • Cancellation by Participants:
    • 14 Days or More Before the Event: Eligible for a full refund, minus a fixed administration fee.
    • 7-13 Days Before the Event: Eligible for a 50% refund or transfer to a future event or participant.
    • Less Than 7 Days Before the Event: Non-refundable, but transferable to another participant.
  • Cancellation by Organizers:
    • If the event is canceled or postponed, participants can receive a full refund or transfer their registration to a future event.
  • No-Show Policy:
    • No refunds for no-shows without prior notice.
  • Returns for Equipment Rentals:
    • Rented equipment must be returned in good condition. Damaged or missing items may incur additional fees. Issues with equipment must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

    InnerLight and its associates strive for accuracy but do not warrant that product or service descriptions or content on this site are error-free. If a product or service is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it unused.
  2. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability:
    THIS SITE IS PROVIDED BY INNERLIGHT “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. INNERLIGHT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. INNERLIGHT IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THIS SITE, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
