Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy for Services (e.g., Events, Consultation Services, or Self-Learning Video Courses)
1. General Refund and Return Policy

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

  • Consultation Services: A refund request must be made within 30 days of purchase, and before the service has been fully delivered.
  • Self-Learning Video Courses: Refunds are applicable if less than 10% of the course has been accessed, and within 30 days of purchase.
  • Events: Refer to the cancellation policy below for details on outdoor events.
2. Cancellation and Return Policy for Services
  • Participant Cancellations:

    • 14 Days or More Before the Event: Eligible for a full refund, minus a fixed administration fee.
    • 7-13 Days Before the Event: Eligible for a 50% refund, or participants can transfer their registration to a future event or another participant.
    • Less Than 7 Days Before the Event: Non-refundable, but participants may transfer their registration to another participant.
  • Organizer Cancellations: If an event is canceled or postponed by the organizers, participants are entitled to a full refund or have the option to transfer their registration to a future event.

  • No-Show Policy: No refunds will be issued for participants who do not attend without prior notice. Please communicate any changes in attendance ahead of time.

  • Equipment Rentals: Rented equipment must be returned in good condition. Additional fees may apply for damaged or missing items. Any issues with rented equipment must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you via email of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 20 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank for any further delays.

5. Exchanges

We replace services only if they are defective or if significant issues arise. If you need to exchange a service (e.g., reschedule a training session or event), please contact us via email.

6. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are not eligible for refunds, including but not limited to:

  • Digital self-learning video courses once accessed or downloaded.
  • Gift certificates for future events or services.
  • Promotional or discounted services.
7. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted:

  • For a training or event that has started but not yet completed.
  • For consultation services where only part of the service has been delivered.
8. Sale Services

Only regular-priced services are eligible for refunds. Services purchased at discounted rates or during promotional sales are non-refundable.

9. Gifts

If a service was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of the returned service. Once the return is processed, a gift certificate will be issued to you.

10. Service Returns
