In the past, I consumed protein powder and chicken breast to get enough protein for my fitness routine, but I didn’t realize that these could leave toxins in my body. During my first detox, I broke out in rashes all over my body, and the itching was so severe that I scratched my skin raw. I resolved this issue by taking black seed oil. After detoxing, I felt much lighter and had more energy throughout the day. What was even more impressive was that my body fat percentage, which is crucial in fitness, dropped by 2% after the first detox—much more effective than my previous methods of reducing body fat. Since then, I’ve also tried to eat less meat while still maintaining my workout performance and muscle mass. 我之前因为健身的关系,所以有吃蛋白粉和鸡胸来拿到足够的蛋白质,但是不知道这些东西都会在身体里留下毒素。第一次做detox的时候,全身起红疹,而且是痒到抓破皮,后来吃black seed oil就解决了这个情况。detox之后发现身体更没有负担的感觉,而且整天的活力也比较足,更重要的是健身很注重体脂,第一次detox就跌了2%的体脂,比之前降体脂的方式更有效。后来也转去尽量少吃肉,可是还是能维持运动和肌肉量。现在每3个月都会做一次detox,因为可以帮助我维持这种身体没有负担的感觉。
