7-Day Detox Schedule
Day 1
- Note: Pre-pour YL Bath Gel into a 50ml clean bottle and add 21 drops of JUVA CLEANSE. (If mixing an entire bottle of Bath Gel, add 100 drops of Juva Cleanse)
- Do not eat any food.
- Drink 4 liters or more of salt water (add 2 pinches of sea salt per liter of water).
Day 2 to Day 5 - Breakfast
- Breakfast (7 AM) Drink Mixture:
– 120ml NINGXIA
– 5ml M-Essence
– 2 scoops Phyto Meal
– 120ml Warm Water - Take:
– 2 Super B tablets
– 5 Sulfurzyme tablets
– 15 drops of JUVA CLEANSE in a capsule - After breakfast, do not eat or drink anything else except for 4 liters or more of salt water until dinner at 7 PM.
- During the detox period, only use the pre-mixed Juva Cleanse Bath Gel for bathing, from head to toe.
- JUVA CLEANSE Application:
– 2 drops under the tongue
– 6 drops on the abdomen
– 6 drops on the lower back
Day 2 to Day 5 - Dinner
- Dinner (7 PM) Drink Mixture:
– 120ml NINGXIA
– 2 scoops Phyto Meal
– 5ml M-Essence
– 120ml Warm Water - Take:
– 5 Sulfurzyme tablets
– 15 drops of JUVA CLEANSE in a capsule - Before bed, take 5 Mag07 tablets. Diffuse 15 drops of JUVA CLEANSE while sleeping. (During the detox period, do not sleep later than 12 AM, with the best time being before 11 PM.)
Day 6 to Day 7 - Breakfast
- Breakfast (7 AM) Drink Mixture:
– 120ml NINGXIA
– 5ml M-Essence
– 2 scoops Phyto Meal
– 120ml Warm Water - Take:
– 2 Super B tablets
– 5 Sulfurzyme tablets
– If there is any left, continue taking 15 drops of JUVA CLEANSE in a capsule - After breakfast, do not eat or drink anything else except for 4 liters or more of salt water until dinner at 7 PM.
